The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces and distributes pipetting robots for the automation of liquid handling processes for a wide range of customers from the pharmaceutical and food industry, all the way to cell and DNA research. How you can make a difference : You lead, support, and further develop the Product & Market Management Applications team to drive growth. You are an active part of the Robotics Marketing leadership team, foster collaboration between the teams, and contribute to the company’s market and application strategy. You are accountable for the success of our application-focused product portfolio. Together with the Market Segment Leaders and Product Managers, you proactively drive innovation roadmaps, long-term market development and make customers' daily jobs easier in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries. You prepare and present strategic decisions through the evaluation of industry and customer segments, as well as competitive activities. You identify new applications, markets, and innovation fields and turn profitable potential into product and project roadmaps. You craft effective Go-To-Market strategies with the team, develop annual Marketing plans and ensure their execution. You gain and maintain a strong market understanding, monitor trends, competition, and customer needs, and identify and analyze market opportunities. You drive a proactive and goal-oriented exchange with various corporate functions. You visit Customers, Key Opinion Leaders, and Partners, while collecting market feedback. You attend Exhibitions, Conferences, Symposia, and Webinars, and organize product & sales training sessions. Several years of experience in Product Management, ideally with additional business development focus, in B2B markets for the Life Sciences industry or other relevant B2B experience. Leadership Experience is a plus. Experience in laboratory tasks and automated liquid handling strongly preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills to facilitate change and drive new ideas both inside and outside the organization. Well-organized and efficient in self-management, with the ability to prioritize competing demands. Analytical skills and the ability to work independently, as well as team oriented. Strong entrepreneurial and team-focused thinking guides you in solving complex problems, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making. Fluent in German and very good English (C1 Level) is a must. Ability to travel (approximately 20%), to meet and coordinate globally with the Sales team and various partners.
